How can we get an engage an entire generation on the subject of financial literacy when they already face an insurmountable amount of problems?
Introducing Terrasave, an "eco-bank" that makes more green for you, and the environment. Unlike other banks who invest in industries that harm the environment like coal and fossil fuels, Terrasave invests in sustainable industries like hydrogen fuel and electric vehicles.
By leveraging the bank's position to exclusively promote sustainable brands, Terrasave stimulates eco-friendly and sustainable industries, all while you build your savings and reap the rewards of our hard work.

Activation
During the Earth Day Rally, Terrasave will host a People’s Climate Summit with the public, featuring high profile environmentalists and community leaders. The summit, which will be broadcasted to viewers via social media channels, is an opportunity for the community to learn about how Terrasave works, and how they can further play their part in saving the environment.
The Summit for Real Change
Outdoor ads will be placed at targeted locations throughout New York City, and other major cities in the United States. This is to garner interest and public support, as well as to attract depositors and borrowers.

Recycled ATMs will be placed within the financial district and across the city, with a screen prompting passer-by to “Press For Cash”. When pressed, the machine dispenses what seems to be a federal reserve note, but is actually a “Terrasave Dollar”. This can be redeemed for points when signing up with Terrasave, or planted in soil to grow a tree, as the note will be printed on seed paper.

Features
A monthly e-statement will be released via microsite. This will allow users to view their financial activity, and receive updates on Terrasave’s investments. The e-statement will include real-time updates on how much users individually and collectively saved the environment by saving money. Monthly targets and rewards will also be included to encourage users to save further. The progress will be made public to attract more people to join the program.
E-Statement
The Terrasave Sustainable is a list of recommended brands to buy from, should a user find that purchasing something is necessary. To be featured, and have access to a large targeted consumer audience, brands must first be verified as sustainable by Terrasave auditors.

Terrasave will incorporate a function into its mobile payment system that analyzes how sustainable a product is (based on materials, origin, and resources used), and if necessary, recommends better alternatives.
